We knew about two topping pizza deal under $10 but when we ordered, the guy on the phone who was not friendly the whole time of conversation charged us a regular price for two topping ham and pineapple pizza.I think the staffs may not know the promotion on the website. So let them know you are ordering the promotion deal. Other than that, the pizza was good.
I ordered a chicken bacon sub and it was terrible. Half the cheese was stuck to the wrapper when I opened it and the bread was baked to a crouton. Their bacon is super fatty and rubbery and the sandwich had hardly any chicken on it. Update after owner?s response: tellmaros.com is just a link to a survey rhat doesn?t work. Your customer service is a joke.
The pizza is good, but I?m giving them a one star due to false advertising and poor customer service. Their website, front door of their business (snow hill location), as well as Google searches all state they are open until 12 AM on Saturday night. You should be aware that they are closing down the kitchen before 10 PM, and are not accepting orders for the remaining two hours they are meant to be open and operational. If you attempt to call them on their landline, they will not pick up. Not only did I experience this for myself on more than one occasion, but when we drove to the store front and asked if we could order a pizza, they reluctantly said yes. While they were making our pizza, the phone was ringing off the hook and they simply would not answer it. The other time we tried to call them, and they would not pick up we again drove to the storefront. This was around 10 PM on a Saturday night. When we went inside the store and asked if we could place an order the employees told us no, we then confirmed that their operating hours on a Saturday are meant to be until 12 AM. They had also turned off the exterior ?Marcos Pizza? sign, even though they were ?open.? If they are short staffed and need to have modified operating hours because of that, then at the very least communicate that with their customers, otherwise it portrays them as being poorly managed, incompetent, and lazy. Again, the pizza is good but the way this place is run is unprofessional. What?s going on at this place? Do you all want to run a business or shut it down?
I received an incorrect order for the second time from this location. We threw an entire pizza away because it was not close to what we ordered. When I called, they offered to refund my money, yet that never happened. This makes twice that they?ve taken my money for food not received. The portion of my order that was correct wasn?t all that good. It seems quality has declined severely over the past couple of years. I used to be a fan, but I won?t be returning.
We just moved to the neighborhood from Arizona and have ordered delivery from Marco?s Pizza a couple times already. It?s good.
