The tacos de grasita mmmmm super addictive...

I see many, if not all, comments saying that tacos are delicious, it may be because of their secret ingredient. A few days ago I visited the place and the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. The worst thing, I saw calpiotes going into the pot where the meat was waiting to be cut to be used in their delicious suadero tacos. That's why I stopped consuming there a long time ago (I had already witnessed the same image a couple of years ago when I was selling on the street) I returned a few days ago and the surprise was to see the same bad hygiene.
