Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónEating is very simple, the most tasty thing she had on the menu was a cup of water, it is as if the cook covided and lost all its senses for taste. eating was not fresh, it tastes as if it was bought wholesalers and simply heated. I need to find a new Colombian restaurant to impress my American engaged, because now it is under the assumption that all Colombian food sucks. what a nightmare
This place is Colombian and Venezuelan, when I first arrived, I thought it was a Mexican restaurant. The menu is great and has many items. They have a full bar. The food was just ok though, I wasnt impressed. I love Colombian food, but this was just ok. The empanadas are very small with a spoonful of meat. The aji is really good and spicy, that was what I liked most here. I asked for my entrana to be well done and it came medium rare, my plate had blood all over it. I will try it again and see if it was just a bad day.
Good food ,Fast service but BEWARE, they sneak a service fee for tip without asking,, so if you're not paying attention or had a few drinks now you're double tipping because the tip line is also there to fill..
To begin with, I made a reservation for last Saturday to celebrate my nephew's birthday with the family, the reservation was for 8pm and we all arrived on time, the waiter Pedro Morales starts serving us with the order of the drinks, which he takes 1 hour later and badly, I don't return them because I don't have to wait another one, he never brought us a bottle of water all night. At about 10 p.m. he began to bring us the food that was the appetizers and at 11 p.m. he brought only 2 plates of food. At 11 PM we call him to ask about the food again and he tells us that they are full and that it will take longer, we ask him to speak with the manager Daniela Bustamante and she does not give us the reason (according to her wait 3 hours for a food is normal) and says that we have to continue waiting, we ask her for the bill and we inform her that we do not agree with the bill because the waiter did not do his job well to receive the amount required on the receipt, she indicated that she would fix it and we left without eating and without being able to celebrate or sing hbay to my nephew. On Monday I check my bank and the full amount is charged, when I call neither the owner nor the manager nor the waiter are available, Eugenia answered me and told me that she was going to tell her manager who 24 hours later had not done anything . Then I call my bank to cancel the transactions (because I paid several accounts separately that night) on the receipt I explained the reasons why the total changed and I wrote the total that is supposed to be charged to the card, but they completely ignored this, I am waiting for an investigation on these transactions to wait for the return of my money. It should be clarified that when I call to ask the name of the owner they give me excuses for not giving me that information and that he spends his time traveling. This restaurant has been going for years and I had been a client for years, and since the change of administration changed the menus and the waiters are now served by the vast majority of Venezuelans and among them they cover up and one who is supposed to be the customer who is always right is the one who loses out. I have nothing against Venezuelans because I have a family from that country, but I do have against certain abuses that they do in groups. And it is also worth mentioning that I was a host in a restaurant and my husband is a waiter and we know how a restaurant works and all the procedures and protocols to follow. Unfortunately I do not recommend it until they resolve and hire people who know how to work and respect the client. I hope that if owner Ricardo C. reads this review he will take action on his business.
Great Service!!! Daniel was amazing. His customer service was the best and I would come by again.
