Restaurace Černý Orel - Osek

Nice place but... First visit was really great. But second one. I was waiting about 15 minutes when one of four waiters will clean my table and bring me the menu. 6 occupied tables outside, 4 waiters and 15 minutes waiting. And after bringing the menu 10 minutes of waiting more. And then the question if I am going to eat or not I suppose that it was kind of anomaly or it is really looking like room for improvement. As far as I understood from reviews it is normal situation here and it is killing everything. No desire to return to a place with such service. Burger was good. French fries were super.

Brewery with lovely spacious restaurant offering delicious tap beers and meaty cuisine. Quite a few tables are slightly separated from the neighbouring ones giving you little more private feeling in this already cozy space.

Visited today after seeing all their lovely photos on Facebook. Restaurant is really nice, lots of outdoor and indoor seating, service was fine, the kitchen was kind of slow (the servers brought drinks and such quickly, so I know the holdup was in the kitchen) and the place wasn't too busy. I understand that everything is made to order, and when our food arrived it was hot and very fresh, but we did wait quite a long time. My husband ordered the mini pork burgers, which were good, nice sauce, juicy burger, and excellent fries. I ordered the chicken salad, the dressing was very good, but the chicken was overcooked, dry and tough. I also had water and wasn't offered tap water, which is annoying, on top of that, the glass I was given was dirty and sticky and I didn't notice until I had poured my beverage, and the server was nowhere in sight to complain to. With that, the food being served (fried chicken, special burgers, wings and pizza) all looked delicious, and we will likely go back to give this place another try I want it to be better than it was today.
