D'italia Pizzeria - Ossining

I don't know why there are negative comments. It's easy. Crust.. soft with a good crunch Sauce.. not sweet, just the right amount of tart Cheese.... Right amount so there isn't too much oil messing with the slice. It's Pizza. And it's good. Get here and grab a slice or 5. Will repost when I try the eggplant parm.

Slowest delivery I have ever seen, arrived with cold pizza, terrible. It's in door dash, but they don't use door dash driver so no idea when they will show up. Today, 30 minutes after door dash said it was due, all the food cold and a waste of my time. 90 minutes for a store 10 minutes away is sickening.

Order was delivered incorrectly (wrong pasta, wrong sauce, etc. and when I called to request a corrected order or a refund, the manager said that they were out of the ingredients necessary to make what I ordered and what they sent to me was “close enough.” Disappointing to experience such poor service under the new management after years of supporting the previous ownership.

Placed an order for 3 entrees. Delivery took more than an hour. When it arrived, all 3 orders were wrong. When we called, they told us they ran put of the needed ingredients but what they made was close enough . Seriously? They didn 't call to tell us this. One of the orders was something that could cause an allergic reaction. We were called liars, that to get a refund we would need to return the food with a doctor 's note. They are operating out of Texas BBQ. I will never patronize them again.

Pizza is drowned in sauces. Service is horrible. Place was better when the previous owners were there.
