Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Love Menchie’s … but not this one. Out of too many flavors way too often. Tart is one of the reasons we go there and they were out the last three times we came. This happens too often at this location. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back to this location.

Went in at 9:15 to a shining neon open sign in the window. Employee was moping the floors. No greeting. I say hi, are you open? She replies yes. We get to the toppings and the dry toppings are out but there’s no serving spoons. I notice all the cold toppings are put away. I ask for serving spoons and was handed two small plastic to go spoons.This was half open with an employee clearly rushed to leave

Always hit or miss either getting it in person or ordering online. Always great when they get it right. However, too inconsistent.

I love Menchies but I must say the store last night 11.26.23 was probably the messiest I've ever seen. Food was all over the floor and under the machines. The toppings looked like they hadn't refreshed or wiped up.
