He estado aquí un par de veces, pero esta vez fue un poco decepcionante. El entrante de braesola que me encanta realmente ahorró en los champiñones. Y eran simplemente hongos viejos, no los fabulosos hongos silvestres que tenían en el pasado. Estaba impresionado. La pasta específicamente era salada y seca. Drinks were good. Food was just ok. Service was strange lol. Ambience kitschy cool.
Great Valentineâs dinner of steak frites and bucatini with a starter of shishito peppers. The pasta was homemade and the ragù was wonderfully flavorful. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly and the fries were chunky but crisp and vey tasty. We had Sancerre and Barolo both paired well with the meal. The service was great and we were happy our dog was welcome on the outdoor patio.
The food is fine but VERY OVERPRICED for what you get. Also, a glass of wine is each. Two basic broccoli salads (maybe a cup of sliced broccoli) with added medium-sized shrimp and glasses of white wine was It was maybe worth I'd go for the atmosphere but not the food.
The food just wasn't very good. The menu for dinner is very limited and one of the few non-sandwich entrees was not available. The steak had a good flavor but was tough. The beet salad was sweet enough to be dessert. The pork chop was not especially flavorful or moist. Best was my chicken, but my dining companions were in a bad mood because of the subpar quality of their food. Not recommended.
Our first time there. Pleasant staff, responsive. Seated outdoors at poolside with lovely lights. Not crowded at all and very nice ambience. The food was outstanding the sushito pepper appetizer was the best I have ever had. Burgers realiaby good. Would recommend highly and will return soon.
