Been coming here for years since I moved now i'm 1 1/2hours away the Raspberry Pomegranate is the best! I can't seem to find that exact flavor anywhere near me ?

God this place is so good. I could make about 80 different frozen yogurt orders here, the choices are endless.

Been there 2 times before. NEVER HAVE I enrolled in the loyalty program for this establishment. Nor provided my cellphone number. The rewards points Doesn 't say the person name nor keeps track of previous purchases,dates etc.. CUSTOMER SERVICEIS THE WORST EVER! The 2 other timeI kept my my demeanor calm. I was disappointed on cleanliness and the employees being on their cellphones not using gloves while touching EVERYTHINGDISGUSTING, OSHA Should pay them a visit!Yesterday TUESDAY the August 11th2021. IT IS THE 3RD TIME AND LAST LAST LAST TIME I GO. ENOUGH ENOUGH!My health isn 't well. I had my crutch with me. It 's apparent a person with a crutch needs to sit down. I DON 'T live in this area. The long drive&heat had an impact on me moving slowly plus my physical pain. I was looking for my credit card, I had cash yet I needed it for something else. THE 1ST EMPLOYEEknew that I was looking for my credit card. My Daughter which is 15 years old was with me. OBSERVING EVERYTHING! The 2ND EMPLOYEE WHICH IS A HORRIBLE HUMAN! SHE KEEPS ACTING THAT WAY, SOMEONE will probably punch ? her out. RUDE NO RESPECT! She accused ME of trying to steal the yogurt! WTFRUIT! Sure a person with a crutch looking for her credit cards HAS ALL SIGNS OF CRIMINAL VIBES/BEHAVIOR???????????? . I kindly let them know be patient and don 't treat people how you ladies treated us. Including my daughter,which she grabbed the yogurt purchase from the table VICIOUSLY AND ROLLING HER HEAD! While I was looking for the credit card. NEVER HAVE this happened ANYWHERE ELSE! EVER! NeverthelessI paid for my purchase. I admit I did use my outdoor voice and not my usual language. I had it! Those teenagers or young adults SKIPPED MANNERS&EMPHATY, CONSIDERATION Class in life.
