Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónIt took 25 minutes to get my food, but I still give it 5/5 because: First, the food is excellent. The chicken actually tastes as if they were properly marinated, spicy is indeed spicy, and the sweet and tangie is not exaggerated. You can actually taste the individual flavors of meat and vegetables, which means that the ingredients were well maintained and not frozen too long. Next, the manager Elaine was quick to respond to a mistake that happened during the noon. My drink I ordered was not charged, so I paid twice. This is a simple mistake during the busy lunch hours, so it's okay. Here's what really attracted me a bit: I was told that the Veggie sites would take about 8-10 minutes and one said to wait on the parking lot because the food is brought to me. The food never came. At 20 minutes later at 12:18 I went after my lost cold order and said that the order now waited for more kung pao chicken. It looked like I got my food 30 minutes after my order, which meant that I and my family in the parking lot for 30 minutes with the motor with the AC (we have small children). I've been upset. Since I often came to this chain, I felt the need to find out if this is a regular occurrence, so I could eat somewhere else instead of being in a hurry. I had to talk to the manager. That impressed me. Manager Elaine actually agreed to me and came up with me about the bad experience without arguments at all! She told me if the customer had experienced this, she would have done the same thing as me. She immediately talked to her staff and her attitude changed immediately and set my meal just like my family wanted. I am convinced for one that my experience is a rare phenomenon and even if it happens again, I have a feeling that Elaine will make it right. Even though the experience at panda express was longer than expected. The experience was 5/5. Thanks for the delicious meal. I would still recommend this place to my family and friends.
I came to have this delicious almond chicken! And kung Pao chicken with roasted rice. If you know me, I'm not a big fan of Chinese food, raised with the real thing So when I had believed in this place a few days ago, getting something that all made happy, I was surprised Here I am The food is hot, fresh, Kung Pao is spicy and the rice is also good. Very affordable at less than 10 dollars for a 2 duck and rice combo that keeps me two meals.
The dining room is new and neat. The presentation of food under the heat lamps was clean. There were no pieces of food from various dishes on the prep line or in other woks. Free sample offered. Nicceee Ordering was fast and easy. The staff was pleasant. Prices are average for a fast food chain. Your execution of American Chinese cuisine was okay. The food looked better than it tasted. This is not to say the food tastes bad, it is just that the flavors were not sharp and fat. All I had was easy to taste. It is like eating a slice of strength American cheese against a slice of fresh from the block. Overall, I liked my culinary experience. End result, 80 out of 100.
I came here for dinner with my friend. He ordered the cooking specialist and I ordered the broccoli cow and a Teriyaki chicken. Or in a position to come here before dinner rushes. The food is great and is very clean inside.
