Kfc - Paragould

The worst KFC I have ever eaten at bar none. The chicken is dry as a bone they never get the order right and the staff is the worst staff I have ever dealt with and that says a heck of a lot. They are rude and nasty to the customers and most of the timejust standing around loudly yelling and complaining about there employer and managers so loud you can even here them from thedrive through. None of them should be in a customer service job.

These people should be shut down absolutely have no clue how to take an order! Then they just stuff your order with what ever they have left NO consideration to tell you they are out of a white or dark meat to give me a choice and go elsewhere they takeyour money and run. The worst

I have never had a worse experience in my life! I was humiliated when it should of made them embarrassed of their quality of food they tried serving me. The manager that was their at the time has no clue how to work I the public. She has no idea how tobe anyone's boss! I was paying $55.00 for old crusty shicken strips with gravery dumped all over EVETYTHING!!!

The girl took our order and we sat down and waited 20 minutes and seeing workers just walking around before my husband asked why we hadn't gotten our food. The same girl that took our order told us she didn't know she had an order because it never came upon her computer screen ???? the manager then asked if we wanted a refund or for them to make the food. I said we wanted the foodand it ended up being dried out chicken fingers.

The food was fresh and delicious. Lady who took my order was friendly and helpful, pleasant experience. Had the three-piece original with potatoes and cookies. Everything was hot and fresh, reminded me of days past when you get a bucket of chickens and sides then go to the park for a family together. Hopefully, this experience will continue. The restaurant really brought its standards back to how KFC was.
