L'Acolyte de L'Insolite - Paris

Truly a distinctive and amazing experience. We strolled in expecting good and we were served exquisite preparations in a Japanese French fusion style that delighted at every turn. The warmth rising from the octopus beignets made the thin onion shavings flutter and the salmon had a perfectly grilled layer that made a crispy and buttery mouthfeel at the same time. Great service at an intimate little place. Incredible deal for the quality of the food, preparation and experience.

Restaurant that was recommended to me by my hotel, I'm really delighted to have stopped there! Chef Aiko Nakagawa offers succulent, sophisticated dishes that are out of the ordinary, thanks to her for this excellent meal. The service was also more than perfect, thanks to him, I will never look at decaf in the same way again ! I will come back with great pleasure to delight my taste buds and to strengthen my zygomatic bones , thank you both again!

Un excellent moment, l'accueil est très sympatique, une carte d inspiration japonaise avec des plats tout en saveur, boulettes de poulpe avec la bonite rapée comme au japon, udon et tempura c est délicieux... allez y sans hésitations !
