franks is a very small Italian restaurant in the main street of the historic city parkville, mo. I never sat inside, always on the terrace. a great place.
I'm not sure if I was in a restaurant with bad food in the opposite. the garlic sticks were clearly the frozen art they buy in a load. the pasta tasted.
there is no reason for this place to have such a low rating. I was surprised to see only 3 stars when frank’s at least earned 4. on parkville’s.
