Verás de lo que estoy hablando solo mirando las fotos. La carne puede ser un poco difícil de masticar, ya que la carne que usan tienden a ser MA-LITID (también conocido como ligamentos, tendones, etc.). Me gusta que sepan cómo cocinar su filete. Definitivamente no está mal para el bistec barato. Este es mi lugar aquí, ya que realmente soy un carnívoro. ????
Honestamente, no estaba satisfecho con su "Porterhouse de cosecha propia". Era tan suave y demasiado pálido. No sé si estaba demasiado cocido o qué. Era caro y no me gustaba mucho comerlo; caro. Y su servicio fue un poco lento.
Decent cheap steak. The steaks aren't always consistent. Sometimes they're very good in terms of taste, other times they're okay. You'll see what I'm talking about just by looking at the pictures. The meat can be a bit tough to chew since the beef they use tends to be ma-litid (aka ligaments, tendons, etc). I do like that they know how to cook your steak right. Definitely not bad for cheap steak. This is my go-to place here since I really am a carnivore. ????
I honestly wasn't satisfied with their "Homegrown Porterhouse". It was so soft and too pale. I don't know if it was just overcooked or what. It was expensive and I didn't really enjoyed eating it; overpriced. And their service was kind of slow.
Tried eating here because of booky’s buy one take one deal. Ordered classic t bone steak and oysters (both buy one take one deal from booky). T-bone steak taste good surprisingly for the price. The oysters are fresh tasting! It reminds me of my Iloilo trip where oysters are dirt cheap and fresh. Love the ambience in industrie food loft too. It’s neither crowded or loud (it’s my third time here)
