Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI ordered 3 burrito bowls on DoorDash for my family and I. When my food arrived 2 out of 3 of the bowls were freezing cold like it was previously in the fridge. This has happened before so no big deal I’ll just warm it up, but when I warmed up my bowl and started to stir I noticed I didn’t have any meat! I ordered 3 bowls with chicken. So I drive to the restaurant, wait in a long line for 30 minutes and tell the manager what happened. He was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He asked if I wanted my bowl remade and I said yes. No one ever offered an apology for completing messing up my order, or the time and money I wasted by having to go to the restaurant after using DoorDash. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve had orders incorrect before from here but this time was the worse. I missed dinner with my family because I had to go back and be inconvenienced because of something that was not my fault. This was the worst customer service experience ever.
Crew is not friendly. Order online and APP shows the instruction Grab your order on the pickup shelf. If you need help ask a crew member. The orders are not on the shelf. Orders are on one table next to the shelf. I took some time to found and grab my order. Then one crew (she) was mad and said twice You can 't cross the line . But no sign or instruction for the line , and she didn 't show up when I checked my name on the order. I explained to her but she just stared you. I guess this is her first day.
Service at this location is awful. Majority of the employees at this location always have a really bad attitude. I was there tonight and the girl working the register snatched a bag out of a customers hand. I also kept hearing her say you 'll just have to wait and many other unprofessional statements. This location has the worse employees and worse service of any Chipotle I have ever been to, from Texas to California. And they mess up my order almost every time I order from the app. This time, the black beans were crunchy and the cheese smelled rotten. It was also dripping liquid out of the tortilla and the tortilla was wet. This location has terrible food and I really don 't understand why it 's so awful compared to other locations. I couldn 't even eat it.
So I put my order and waited to move the line so I can pay for my food. I saw a brown ROACH on the wall next to the food they served customers. I'm waiting for a staff in the kitchen and she told a male employee to kill the villain. So he kills the Rach with something, then starts hanging the female employee with dead Rach to the product before everyone. I told him that was unprofessional. But I realize how dirty the area was, and they never wiped off where they served people. I left my food there and left. Anyone who is the manager in this layer must be fired and must need an exterminator in this place.
They move without feeling of urgency and strip around like chickens without head. While the person makes for meat orders, the food simply sits in the open waiting for the person to go to toppings and refill the cheese all just back and forget to refill the salad. She took a long time. In the meantime there are others who are in stock, but instead a person on their phone is hidden by the drinks. A man is socialized with another team member. The food counter is an MESS. Spillage is just collecting on the counter. They'd think they'd figure it out how they're going... they're just working on / about the mess LOL SMH! You have a full staff, as it seems, but only two people work. You really need to collect your team members and work on this assembly line!! It is only a reflection of poor leadership and lack of direction. After my review of yelp and read other reviews! There were no improvements.
