Steamboat Bill’s Pearland, Tx

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. When I walked in, I saw a couple reading menus that were kept in a bin. Then, I went to the counter to place my order. My only annoyance was that it was essentially self-service, but the card receipt still had a line for a tip, even though I didn't know how the service would be. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were reasonable. However, my drink was never refilled. To my surprise, there was a 4% surcharge for credit listed on the receipt, along with the tip line. This unexpected charge and the tip line left a negative impression on an otherwise good experience.

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The staff checked on us regularly to ensure we were well taken care of. The food was served hot and quickly, coming straight from the kitchen. This was our second visit to this restaurant and it will now be a regular spot for us. Overall, we give the food a perfect rating of 5 out of 5.

The portion sizes at this restaurant are extremely generous for the price. My husband and I ordered the fish fillet dinner and shared a slice of chocolate cake for dessert - both were delicious! My only disappointment is that we won't be able to come back soon since we are from out of town. Rating: 5 out of 5 for the food.

This place was truly wonderful. The cashier provided great customer service, she was patient with me since it was the first time I had been. The food was delivered very promptly after I ordered it and it was delicious. I will DEFINITELY return. The crawfish did not seem spicy at first, and then WHAM, it hits you. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.
