Food is well cooked, but leaves more to be desired flavor wise.Kid-friendliness: Had an early dinner on a weeknight. My 2 under 2 years old got to play with the life-size Connect Four which they enjoyed.Parking: Lacking.
Wow, this place rocks. So thoughtfully designed, friendly to families, clean, and they can really cook! The portions were generous. We got the pork belly buns, ahi poke bowl, xiao long bao soup dumplings and edamame. All were delicious. Go here!! I will continue to support this place!
Definitely give this place a shot, especially if the weather is nice!My wife and I loved the Bulgogi and the dumplings, and it was definitely enough to share. Pretty good beer selection, and a fun atmosphere. Will go again!
Pretty disappointing. This is NOT a beer garden. They had a few bottled beers (e.g., Heineken, Corona, Blue Boon, Stella), nothing on tap. The food was good, but portions were small and expensive.
The Bao bread is super good, very fluffy, and holds up well. The pulled pork brisket was good so well and was very tender. The honey mustard was a great sauce to bring the whole bao together, but it did get a little boring by the second bao. I wish there were more pickles to balance out the sweetness of the sauce. Next time I would ask for the sauce on the side instead and maybe more pickles. The chicken wings were very salty although it was fried very well. My husband ordered the burger and he didn 't like it. The burger was definitely over cooked and the slaw just did not go well as a whole with the burger. The fries are extremely crispy and absolutely delicious!! The outdoor space is so nice and they are going to expand into the indoor space in December so we can 't wait for the entire beer garden portion of the restaurant to go live . Overall I had a very favorable impression of this place and will definitely come back just for the baos. However, holy moly the baos are expensive. I think 18 for 2 baos and side of fries is pretty outrageous but if you don 't care about money and just want a good bite and some vibes, then this place has it. Taste: 3.5/5 Presentation: 4/5 Recommend to a friend?: Yes, at least once Consistent: 1st time Cost: Parking: be patient for street parking ... it 's a tiny street with limited parking.
