I m giving 1 star not for the facility itself which is nice and relaxing although a bit expensive , but for the Crew!!! The lady at the cassa, was so unfriendly, so unpolite she made me pay an extra 15 euro for a fast covid test although I ve shown her my vaccinations certificate and also my recovery code which have both been accepted everywhere else in italy and Europ expect them!They should pay more attention to customers because the prices are already quite high!! If you work in this buisness lear how to handle tourist !!!!
