Mr Gatti's Pizza - Pflugerville

First time eating here. I had a pizza and wings delivered. Not a fan of the crust. It was very cardboard like. Wings had good flavour, but not crispy at all. The skins were very soggy. Seemed under cooked but weren?t. I?ll find a different pizzajoint when I?m in town.

Very poor experience!! THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TRYING THIS PIZZA!! The guy told me to park and said that the pizza was going to be delivered to my car in the next 15 minutes . i sat in my car waiting for around 23 minutes and when i went inside the pizzaplace the lady mention it was ready long time ago !! Like dude dont say you're going to deliver my pizza you could have justsaid come in the store in the next few minutes !! Never comming back paid 17$ for a large pizza ! Poor experience!

We have been ordering from this location over 10 yrs and their pizzas are consistently hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly also.

TERRIBLE experience tonight with the manager on duty Shay. Called in for delivery at 7:15pm, address, name and order total was confirmed and was quoted 40 minutes. By 8:30pm, called back to inquire where the order was, call was taken by Shay. Greeted withinstant attitude, acted inconvenienced that I was inquiring, demanded an order number from an email confirmation that was neversent/received. ?Are you even calling the right location?? Incredibly agitated that not only did my family not receive theirfood, but that I was treated as if I did something wrong. **** poor service and incredibly unprofessional attitude from ?Shay.?

Another great visit! Devin in the drive thru was super quick, friendly, and reminded me I had a coupon on file to use. Cute guy too. Thanks Devin, you ROCK! Thanks to the mgr for making it right today from a prior issue with a door dash delivery. She was very friendly and helpful. Todays pizza was the best I've ever had hear. They did it perfect! Thank you guys!!????
