Mcdonald's - Phenix City

Ordered large fries and pretty much got small fries in large carton...

All you have to do is take a look at their customers to find out what is wrong. They are the sickest customer group I have ever seen. Each will be a patient one day.Vegetarian options: They are gross and poisonous.Dietary restrictions: They have options for those who have restrictions.Parking: The customers are mostly low mobility and park close to the entrance.Kid-friendliness: I think McDonald's facilities are structured to entice the vulnerable children and the naive.Wheelchair accessibility: Sure it's flat everywhere and a wheelchair can scoot around anywhere at McDonald's but who would poison themselves when they already have such serious disabilities?

Went through drive through had to wait about 15 minutes..later found out they were training...they could have said this when money was

Place is really going down hill. If you order curbside through the app it takes them forever to bring your order out when you could have gone through the drive through three times over.

Big Mac combo meal for in dining. This is what I got folks. Brought my meal in a bag. Food was cold, bun was hard, establishment empty(now I know why).All this for just under 10 dollars.I will never eat or buy there again.
