NOT my first rodeo with this location.Of course my husband got the run around and all the excuses in the world on why our pizza isn’t done.8:35 pm he asked how much longer. They told him that it got delivered to someone for a delivery and would take an hour and half to remake our order.I’ve worked in the restaurant and customer service industries… This is NOT how to run a business!Third mess up is the charm!Fool me one time shame on you!Fool me twice, can't put the blame on you!Fool me three times, peace signs!We will never be returning to this location. Until there is new owners. Corporate will be contacted to inform them how this franchise location is ran. Very very sad!
First time at this location, waited an extra 45 minutes for my order. Ordered a meatball sub, received a chicken parm instead. Pizza sat in hot box at least 30 min while I waited for my sandwich and pasta. Not thrilled.
Who ever is the owner of this place. Don't you have a clue already from these reviews what a horrible customer service you have? The girl with the short black hair has GOT to go. As rude as they come..and I mean rude !And 1 hour.....to wait for a pizza. What the h??? People still come here?
Got pizzas a few months ago a d the bottom was rock hard. Thought it was a one off until today. Got it again and the same thing plus no taste and slow service. Would rather have a frozen pizza
Waited over an hour for our pizza, wings for a meatball sub it to be raw frozen and a burnt pizza. 50$ wasted and customer service was absolutely terrible. I was told they forgot our pizza ticket and that 's why it took over an hour. Were not friendly and would not recommend again. Wanted a refund and couldn 't even receive that as compensation for a raw and frozen meatball sub and burnt pizza that took over an hour!!!
