Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónIt would have been a 5-star experience, but... I arrived around 4:30 PM, and the restaurant was quite empty. There were two employees leaning against the wall and one in the back. One of the employees greeted me with a "hello," but didn’t move to help me. I stood there for at least 20 seconds before the other employee, who was cooking some veggies, asked if anyone could assist me. To my shock, they all said no! They seemed more focused on chatting about their personal lives, with one even saying that their mother was more important than a customer. I also noticed that they were texting on their phones. Eventually, the employee from the back offered to help me and ended up making me a large meatball sandwich. He had a great attitude despite his coworkers' lack of assistance, which was clearly frustrating for him. So, while some employees here are quite helpful, the overall experience was disappointing.
I've been a loyal fan of this hidden gem for a while now. Both the sandwiches and the service are exceptional, which is hard to find elsewhere. This place continues to draw me back because you can see the pride they take in crafting each sandwich. The manager is very friendly, and the team is doing an excellent job running the business.
