Wendy's - Phoenix

Made a huge order so went inside. Waited a few minutes for order to be done everything was great! Used some coupons that we got in the mail you can use up too 3 different ones which is awesome when there are kids too feed. Not sure if it's because I went inside this time, staff that was there or etc. Everything was great can't complain about the staff they were friendly, fast, they looked happy especially w the DT being busy. When I go through the drive thru things are a mess but going to start going inside instead.

I was somewhat disappointed with the Wendy's location #3043. The menu board displayed generic foam versions of the actual menu items, making the ordering process quite stressful and tedious. The staff also seemed a bit frustrated and not fully aware of the situation. Unfortunately, I wasn’t offered any kind of resolution. It's worth mentioning that I drove 2 miles out of my way to visit this specific location. However, given my experience today, I definitely won’t be spending any more money here. The food was lukewarm, and the double stack isn’t even available anymore, despite it being advertised. You can keep the free sandwich; I don’t need a survey code. I just hope you can improve as a company. Thanks for this teachable moment, though.

This is one of the worst Wendy's locations in all of Arizona. The chicken has a rubbery texture, and the cheese on the sandwiches is never melted. The customer service is poor, and the area is often crowded with homeless individuals. It's time to shut this place down already. It's disappointing to see the decline in quality at chain restaurants; it’s truly embarrassing.

I hadn't visited a Wendy's in a long time, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much my meal cost—more than I expected! Nonetheless, it was incredibly delicious. The double cheeseburger tasted almost like it was freshly grilled, and it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

This Wendy's is only okay, they mess your order up 50% of the time. Wendy's food can come out pretty good when prepared right but this location doesn't do something right in the kitchen. This is my opinion but I have eaten here a lot of times and have had more mistakes and bad food than I can even write about.
