Amazing food, we could not decide what to eat as the number of choices was endless, in the end we had arancini few flavours, but salmon one seemed to stand out, abundance of various pastas, the one with mushrooms was a delight, and pizzas which were mouthwatering, especially the buffalo one! Food was so good we forgot to take photos of how amazingly it looked too. On top Rafal and Maria were a really great hosts! We want to go back!

We had lunch at Frasses Doc after a day spent sightseeing at Piazza Armerina and were lucky enough to find this charming little Restaurant Pizzeria. We left Rafal and his team working their magic after asking for a meal based on real Sicilian cuisine, and what a revelation it turned out to be! We were served with genuine Sicilian food: tasty, healthy, beautifully presented and eaten in a small shaded veranda at the back. The whole team was very attentive and genuinely friendly. At the end to make the experience even better we were presented with a very friendly bill too. Frasses Doc is a gem of a restaurant !! If you ever are around beautiful Piazza Armerina, do yourself a favour and go to treat yourself to some really good and honestly priced food !!!

Excellent food, courtesy, kindness, punctuality in respecting order times, very careful to take care of the food problems of those with intolerances or allergies. This is very important.

Especially the pizza chef of the moment was kind, quick reception outside with tables without supplement... truly authentic pizza

Local simple but full of welcome.... Always kind and friendly... Not to mention the quality of food....Ottimissima....I love this place because you can feel at home eating high quality products.... Recommended
