Our hotel was right above Indiana Cafe and so one night we just walked down the stairs for an early dinner.
Good food here! Ordered the steak tartare as seeing I hadn't had it yet in France.
Unfortunately I have to give a star at all :( the service was HORRIBLE! Once seated our waitress took over 15 mins to acknowledge us after ordering the
