Cakes By Bakin’ Bishop - Pigeon Forge

We've been visiting this area nearly every year for almost 20 years. I can't recall when we first dropped by the Bakin' Bishop for a cupcake, but we've been coming back ever since, usually at least once and often twice, to enjoy her delicious cupcakes. We love experimenting with different cake and frosting flavor combinations.

Wow! These cupcakes are incredible! I love how you can mix and match the frosting and cake flavors. I tried a classic red velvet, and it was delicious. My husband opted for a cinnamon roll, which was fantastic—perfectly balanced between cinnamon and pastry. The baker and decorator were really friendly and patient. We also picked up two adorable cake pops for later!

Shannon is simply amazing!!! If you need a wedding cake, she’s the one to go to! She was incredibly accommodating, and her suggestions were spot on! We ordered half carrot cake and half red velvet, and it was absolutely delicious! So many of my guests complimented the cake! You can't go wrong with Shannon!

When I walked in on a busy Thursday afternoon, I understood why so many people were there—every corner of the place smelled amazing and every treat looked delicious. I needed the cake delivered to the restaurant after the ceremony at 3:30, and they truly exceeded my expectations! The moment the bride saw the stunning two-tier cake adorned with white roses and a silver drip around the edges, her face lit up—it was absolutely beautiful! The price was great, and I opted to pay extra for delivery, which was totally worth it. I didn’t want to take any chances with the cake while navigating the unpredictable driving around here. Shannon was fantastic—she was communicative, creative, and incredibly helpful. She arrived early with the cake and even coordinated the presentation with the restaurant, which made everything run smoothly on such a hectic day. And yes, the cake was unbelievably delicious! I highly recommend Shannon Cakes by Bakin Bishop!

This place was fantastic! It was my first time visiting a place where cupcakes are made to order, and I loved it. The staff was very friendly, and the cupcake was delicious.
