Fig Ash - Pittsburgh

As always the experience was wonderful. This is our go to for special celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Our meals were delicious and staff attentive. Our only disappointment was our dessert. We had the panda cotta and it was but bland. Other than that a great evening!

Great atmosphere. Staff service was wonderful. We ordered appetizers which were wonderful. They were unique, great presentation and delicious. The main dish was small and ok. Prices were high. Price for our main dish was very extreme base on what we received. Our fish serving was small. The fish was ok but definitely not spectacular as the price would suggest. Drinks were very good. Really hope to see this restaurant succeed but the prices will prevent us from more frequent visits. Also the menu was limited but I assume this will be a constantly changing thing. We connected with two set of friends that were there this same night. They had a very similar experience. Would like to refer but a little concerned that others will be disappointed in the value based on expectations.

We were excited to try this restaurant. Overall, the service was the best part of our experience. The food was fine, ambience quaint but extremely loud, dessert nice. We both gave it a '7 ' out of '10 ' Happy that we tried this place but probably will not go back. Again, all fine but nothing outstanding. Honestly.
