Big Red Liquors - Plainfield

While in Indy for the week I found some liqueurs for the inventory of unique bottles not in Virginia. Big Red Liquors is a chain of shops, so I expect a huge amount of Bourbon. When I came to Bourbon, I was in front of me. A friendly employee recognized me. I asked about each assigned bourbon and was directed to the back where they were a few nice choices. She said they had a truck this morning and most of them were gone. The store was clean and beautifully presented. You are a stop shop for spirits. Wine beer. The staff remained friendly when I looked at the shelves for Bourbon. She said she was newer, but she wanted to know more about whisky. The selection was unfortunately weak. The prices were good. Although I left Big Red empty, I was very impressed by the female staff who left their way to help me. 3.5 laps with strong service.

Young brown hair guy demanded I got a closed case I'm a paying customer I should be able to pick whether I want the case open or not I preferred it open for a certain reason He took it out of my hands and put it back I've never heard of that I thought the customer was always right not the older man was white hair the younger brown man brown haired guy who's working on the Saturday I won't be back to this one been to many big red liquors and they are all about their customers this guy was very bossy and had no right I'm a paying customer The price was the same neither were chilled with they're supposed to be served chilled I bought the big machine spiked coolers so the only difference it made was to him and I asked for the open box for a certain reason I don't feel like of the paying customer I should have to explain my reason

What did you guys (as a whole) do to your Big Sweet Red?!?! It used to be my absolute favorite, bought a bottle tonight because I moved closer to a Big Red and was so excited; however, upon opening and tasting, it is at least 1,000 times more dry than the last time I tasted it. Bring the original back, I'm begging you!
