Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI went in Sunday, May 5 around 2 o’clock to grab food for my family. I ordered two small fried chicken, two small brown stew and a small jerk chicken meal. Totaling around $70. Once I reached home, my jerk chicken was not cooked and there was blood still coming out of the chicken. That frustrates me even more is the fact that I had to deal with this rude Indian looking lady with a very bad attitude on a Sunday. The place was empty when I got there. And this isn’t the first time that I’ve had to deal with this lady with a bad attitude or being extremely rude for no reason at all. Sad thing is, I know that if I was a white person or Caucasian that walked in the facility, I would not have been treated the way that this woman treated me just for simply asking if she can put planting in my food. You would have thought I talked about her mother. Back to the main issue in hand the food I am a customer that comes in at least three days a week to the store. And always ordered the same amount of food for my family. This is the third time I’ve had a situation with Food as well as this particular lady. Issued a refund. my next step is to report this particular to the health department, especially as that particular lady was not wearing a hairnet did not have her hair covered her hands covered handled money and my food. And then served another customer without washing her hands after handling money (cash) as I witnessed it all. I will expect.
The red pea soup was watery. It used to be so good in the past
I don’t normally write reviews but this Donna’s on is the big disappointment I ever experienced from a Donna’s chain. The lady is not friendly at all, the atmosphere is not welcoming and the food she gave me bottom scraped rice. What is going on with this location. Bad representation of a phenomenal chain. I even went to the Golden Krust couple of stores down and I normally don’t like them and it’s was like night and day in comparison. They actually greeted me and thanked me for choosing their store.i should say it wasn’t the end of the night either this is at 4:30 in the afternoon. I hope you work on your staff at this location.
The curry goat is delicious. I keep returning here for curry goat. Parking: Huge free parking lot in the complex. Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is wheelchair accessible.
This is $14 stew peas. I did comment to the server about the amount of meat. She muttered something and walked away. I have been here before so I paid and left.
