Kc's Bagel Express - Pompton Plains

This was the worst bagel I've ever had - it was disgusting, cold, dry, and dense. I couldn't even stomach a bite.

I recently had another delightful pastrami sandwich at KC's Bagel Express. The service is always excellent.

The bagels at this restaurant are beautifully fresh and filled with delicious berries. However, I wish they would put a little more cream cheese on them when I order.

Like 2 slices taylor ham on this sandwich. barely a cream cheese on the bagel and pulp in the preposterous.

These are not NY style bagels. They are huge rounds balls of dough. A NY bagel has a bagel shape with a hole and a crisp bite to the crust. My cinnamon raisin was tasteless and I question if they used margarine instead of butter. I gave 1 star for the staff. Great people, hard workers, friendly and listen to requests.
