Serenitea Cafe - Poole

I recently visited the Serenity Cafe at the recommendation of my support worker, as a place for individuals with mental health issues to socialize. Unfortunately, the social evening I attended was disappointing. The activities were mundane and did not encourage interaction between guests or staff. It felt like the goal was to rush through the evening as quickly as possible. Overall, I found the experience to be lacking creativity and value. I plan to give it another chance in the future to see if there have been any improvements. - David.

This cozy café near us is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks are consistently delicious. I would highly recommend it, 5 out of 5 stars.

Serenity's is a local community cafe located in Upper Parkstone, situated between Bournemouth and Poole. The cafe reinvests all of its profits into the charities it supports, including those focused on addiction. It is a family and dog-friendly establishment with a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food options, both hot and cold. Their eggy bread with bacon and tomato is particularly outstanding, and they offer various vegetarian options as well. Additionally, they have a couple of computers available for public use, making it a great spot for those looking for an Internet cafe with superior catering. With street parking available outside, Serenity's is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch, or afternoon tea until 4:00 pm.

Lovely exceptionally friendly little oasis. Good coffee, good cake. Love it. All staff so friendly . You can sit here and read or use laptop. Even chat lol.

Lovely, friendly staff, nice lunch food! Also quick sweet bites such as tea cakes, cakes, scones! Smoothies, hot drinks, milk shakes in good variety of flavours yum
