I was visiting my girlfriend from out of town and clearly this is a staple here in NH.
The restaurant was recommended, Hmm? Not so good. Had the special, some chicken dish with prawns and what was suppose to be a lobster sauce, $28. Whatever chicken they are using has to have been processed(or cooked) and then frozen. Then just warmed up, mine was cold. The roasted potatoes were warm but dry. The veggies were cold as well. I always hate to complain but I had to. Waitress was very forward towards me which made me feel awkward, like it was my fault I didn't complain earlier. Finally she offered me a new chicken breast, I so badly wanted to say no but my husband said sure bring her a new one. I ate around the outside. Won't be eating there again. Wasn't compensated, no tip.
During Covid, we didn’t want to eat in the restaurant so we ordered out. Picked it up and it was still hot, but that’s the only positive we can say about the food. For $75, we could have got this quality of food at a fast food restaurant, and fed 4. I’ve heard really good things about the food, that’s why we ordered out, but I recommend to NOT order out from this restaurant. The beef in the stroganoff was good, and the garlic bread, that’s it. Threw most of our food away, it was that bad.
Eating is delicious, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to everyone.
