Captain D's - Prattville

Excellent service by woman at window, again. Food a bit too greasy, couldn't eat much of it, but it tasted good.

I love Captain D's but there's not a local one in sight. They need to build us one so we can definitely patronize them.

Food was good. Service was unacceptable. Manager and staff were rude. Took almost 25 minutes from the time we placed our order until we got our meal. We spoke to the manager, he was rude in response and spoke derogatory words as he walked away. We will NEVER BE BACK. This place can be closed forever as far as I am concerned.

The woman at the drive thru is not customer service friendly. She has an attitude and she is rude. Very bad service.

Inside was closed, only drive-thru was open! After a 30-minute wait in the line, I needed to use the restroom. There was a tiny handwritten note advising the closure of the dining room, only drive-thru. That's when I found only 2 employee were on duty. At least a dozen people were dining-in. Food food in spite of the delay!
