Bill's Grill - Prescott

My husband and I come to Prescott almost every year, and this is always our 1st stop! It only gets better. We took our food to go and it was not disappointing.

We visited this little place while staying in Prescott. I'm glad we did. The pulled pork tacos were delicious. We liked how they raise money for the hotshots foundation.

Don’t be fooled, the hamburgers are NOT massive, and it would have been a better experience if our order was right the first time. Fries were not hot, and the hamburger was not cooked per our order, so it had to be re- done !!

Huge improvement best experience in years of coming here. Been eating here for more than a decade. Up until today, I 'd have told you they had steadily declined in food quality. Today was a complete 180 from my last experience a year or so ago. I got the BBQ bacon burger, ordered with some pink in the middle on a pretzel bun $1.50 upcharge with onion straws $4.00 upcharge!! and an iced tea. My wife got the chicken strips w fries. I always order the same thing at Bill 's. Last year, my medium burger was vastly overcooked gray and dry with a hard rubbery texture. The onion straws last year tasted of mold. And the manager argued with me about all of it. Argued, denied defended! Insane. Complete opposite today. Burger was cooked medium or a touch under and was juicy with a soft texture. Onion straws were amazing cooked to caramelized perfection without even a hint of old oil flavor. Fresh, crunchy and filled with crunchy umami goodness. The tea was good, the lemon was fresh, and our service was good, tho the wait was a few minutes more than I was expecting. But I have absolutely no problem waiting a few extra minutes when I get flawless execution in the preparation! If you, like me and my wife, had given up on Bill 's, it might be worth giving them another shot.
