Wendy's - Proctorville

Most people go to fast food chains because of the consistency of the product. Leave it to Wendy 's of Proctorville to be consistently bad for months now. I have tried burgers, chicken, salads, it is beyond a doubt the worst Wendy 's ever. Burgers are dried out and tough. At one time Wendy 's slogan was hot and juicy now it should be cold and chewy . The chicken sandwiches used to be premium, now they are just dried out jerky. Fries are never fresh. Salads look like a trash dump from spoiled produce from Kroger. Dave Thomas would never let this happen! Thank goodness he 's dead, he 'd probably die choking on a dried out burger!

Staff is friendly. Food is good. The remodel is looking good. I really love the fact the the food is fresh and on point every single time. I will drive past 5th avenues just to go to proctorville.

I ordered food, and it was upset because I had someone else's food ordered, and they didn't want to even want to make it right. I wasn't leaving until my order was

Cold food seems to be the normal? Food cost to much to get cold soggy food! Won't be going back, I can cook at home .
