Gran hotel, justo en la playa. Impresionante vista del Monte Isabel. Puedes disfrutar de un amanecer asombroso desde tu balcón cada mañana. La comida fue buena. Cada día hay algún tipo de entretenimiento (discotecas, aeróbicos, teatro, juegos, etc.) para adultos y niños. Absolutamente recomendado.

Por favor, evita reservar tu estancia en este hotel. Era un buen lugar, tal vez hace 20 años. Habitaciones sucias, piscinas sucias, aire acondicionado que no funciona, 2 recepcionistas atendiendo a 50 personas esperando para hacer el check-in, los huéspedes del hotel peleando cada mañana por las tumbonas, una playa bastante bonita pero con agua algo turbia, y un puerto con barcos ruidosos justo al lado del hotel. Toda la propiedad se ve bien solo en las fotos. Hay mejores hoteles de 5 estrellas que este. ¡Por favor, gasta tu dinero en otro lugar!

Visit this resort at your own risk. While the staff was EXTREMELY pleasant: Roaches. All over my room. I had a battle royale with roaches, on my first night, and they won my dessert. I slept with the lights on to try to deter them. Between them and the mosquitoes I had more roommates than I could count. Before going to sleep I sprayed the perimeter around my bed with bug spray and OFF! and sent up a few extra prayers just for additional protection. My room was on the ground floor. There was a security guard posted outside my room, right in front of the balcony to fend off any locals who attempted to jump the very sad excuse of a fence. He left at night though, so I slept with a knife an pepper-spray under my pillow #WomenTravelingAlone. The sliding door leading to the balcony has a “lock”. The lock was a metal rod that was stuck through the center of the sliding door, and could conveniently be opened from both inside AND outside. Thankful for my “private security guard”. There are no lights in the halls after six. So bring a flashlight. Also if you prefer to use a washcloth, bring one of those too. You get a bath towel and two floor towels. The contraption, masquerading as a mini fridge? was covered in rust, roach eggs and God knows what else. I paid for a two person room, at a two person rate, but when my guest arrived the next day they had to pay an additional fee. We checked out the next day after my guest arrived. They would not give us a refund stating that the stay at the all-inclusive hotel was non-refundable. I told them they could keep the hundreds of dollars and hightailed it out of there.

My experience in this hotel was wonderful! Everyone was welcoming and ready to use. My view of the pool was so unrealistic, a special place in fact. In addition, I would like to state that one of the receptionists Anderson Calos was an exceptional hospital. Surely comes back!
