Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe decided to go into order our food as the drive thru was full and not moving for sometime. The service here is always extremely slow, orders are not accurate and the staff always seems to be confused and in a state of chaos. Either more help is needed or better training for the current staff.Update: true to form, after receiving our order and arriving at home, my husband’s Big Mac was assembled as follows; top bun, lettuce pickles cheese, beef patty, middle bun and bottom bun…. No second beef patty just 2 buns slapped together and the burger was cold! Not worth going back and waiting another 35 minutes to remake the burger! This is the worst managed McDonald’s we have ever been too. Even though this is the closest to our home, we will go elsewhere.
I was out walking and getting tired. Stopped in our of the drizzle. Quick service, few people inside, plenty of space. The drive up was constant, but didn't impact my stay. Warmed up, got feed, any ready to move on after a half hour.
Tonight we ordered 2 drinks and were in the drive thru line about 20 mins. No cars moved for 20 minutes. It was close to 9pm. Last week we made an order through the drive thru, same situation. We waited for a really long time for a meal, it was around the lunch hour.That is unacceptable. The reason we choose McDonald’s is because it’s hot, fresh and fast.This was not the case. Disappointing. The reason why I gave it 2 stars is because the staff was polite and nice.. doesn’t seem like they have teamwork there.
It's a training store. It always seems like the front counter is ignored.
They didn't have ice in the lobby and all the tables were dirty, and the service sucked!!!
