Saw this place during a taxi ride back to Hotel Universel. Today I was walking in the area and decided to stop for lunch. On first inspection it seems like a really swanky place so I felt a little like a country bumpkin. But they were really relaxed here. I asked to be seated on the patio (I love the decor). Jean F., my waiter, brought my menu over and apologized that the didn't have an English menu only French and Italian. He did an excellent job, in English, explains the menu to me. Jean told me he speaks three languages and is learning a fourth. Since the restaurant was not busy yet we chatted about California and Alaska. My appetizer was a bruschetta and it was soooo good. I also ordered for my main the salmon plate. When it came out there was also a white fish on it. I asked Jean what it was and he wasn't sure of the English translation so he went and looked it up on the computer and came back and told me it was Burbot.The food was really good but Jean's Service is what elevated this experience to 5 stars. My Mojito rocked as well. My appetizer, salmon pasta plate and Mojito cost about 34CAN.
