I was there with my wife for the second time in a week. I asked for the same « amuse gueule ». The waiter brought me something else. I refused. 10 minutes later I asked if my dish was ready. I was flabbergasted by the answer « no, I ordered you mains dishes immediately ». Furthermore my wife’s dish was fat only, no meat. After I paid waiter apologized but offered non compensation. I will never go there anymore.
If I had more than 5 stars. Right from the moment we entered the experience was perfect. Also the couches were super comfortable! Nicolas our server was so pleasantly helpful and explained the menu perfectly. His recommendations were also on site. We had the bone marrow, the fish article and the vegetarian article - all three dishes 10/10 so compliments to the cook. This followed with the Mediterranean Platter and again the flavors were so unique. Desserts meet the sweet spot. Especially the service of Nicolas was the best we experienced. Will definitely come back and also recommend to make a stop here if you drive with QC. Thanks for the experience.
As soon as we went to this lively restaurant on Friday night, we were greeted by the owner who offered to take our name and number. We spent some time walking Rue Cartier, and then got our call and sat at a nice table in front of the street windows. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and pleased to explain to us the Corsican dishes, wines and beers. The food was delicious (you have to taste the wild boar croquets), and the Corsican red, and rose wines very beautiful. We also had a beer from a Shawinigan brewery, and the Korean wheat beer very good.
This place was only WOW. You are located directly in the middle of the beautiful Cartier road on the sunny side of the road, for beginners. You have a small menu of plates and tapas that all looked amazing, we chose the charcuterie platter, cod patties and veggie salsa. Everything was delicious. And to complete everything, the service was really amazing, among the best in Quebec City, waiters were present, pleasant and knew their stuff. Will definitely return : .
