We walked down from Quiberon centre but there is a public car park there - Place de Port Haliguen. We had walked round all the Port Haliguen cafes before selecting Café du Midi and were glad we did. We had a table outside but in the shade of a parasol. Service was prompt. The crepes were good and well presented. This seemed to be a popular café with quiet French couples and families. The toilet was standard French - walk past the urinal to get to the ladies cubicle. There were plenty of tables inside.
This is a lovely place at Port Haliguen. Do not be put off by the look of this as it is a little run down or rustic depending on your opinion! The coffee and crepes are wonderful, and the owners are so friendly. We had the most delicious crepes with cheese, ham and eggs at such a reasonable price. We are planning to stay in Brittany next year and have put this cafe down for a return visit. There is a restaurant side for evening meals which looked lovely.
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch in this little place in Quiberon. Great galette and crepes! Nice coffees! Great service! Certainly recommended!
