Inspired by the flavors of the four regions of Ecuador, TERRA is much more than just food: it is aroma, color, and texture. It is also about memory, culture, and tradition. Located in the highlands of Cotopaxi, the Terra project is based on ingredients from our land that make their way directly to our table. It is a modern cuisine prepared with carefully selected ingredients from producers all across the country. Chef Álvaro Reinoso combines traditional Ecuadorian ingredients to create something new and unique, challenging and experimental proposals that will elevate our cuisine to the world. The restaurant is a magnificent combination of the new and the traditional, a modern space that preserves the spirit of the old traditional house in the La Floresta neighborhood.

Muy buena propuesta gastronómica. Productos bien elaborados y bien combinados. Sabores muy finos. Vale la pena ir.
Excelente experiencia con comida deliciosa. Cocina ecuatoriana moderna, ingredientes perfectos.
La decoración y la comida son hermosas en este restaurante excepcional. El personal se ocupó de nosotros con algunas solicitudes especiales y fue atento en todo momento. La presentación de los platillos es de primer nivel, fácilmente en la categoría de "de clase mundial". La comida también estuvo muy deliciosa. Mi mayor queja: nos dirigíamos al aeropuerto desde el restaurante, así que no queríamos comer demasiado. Volveremos la próxima vez que regresemos a Quito.
