Mcdonald's - Rancho Cucagmonga

Stopped in to get coffee. The school had just got out and lots of students were there. Which is fine, but the order area is small and the display on the order status board wasn't working so it took a while to get our order. We waited and finally had to go up and ask about it. Was not very organized.

Probably the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Nearly 20 min wait for a single order!Self ordering machines were also malfunctioning.I am assuming they are understaffed.Manager,Please take note.

Parking: 20 spots to park.Kid friendliness: Kid friendly menu options happy meals, shakes, slushiesWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking , wheelchair ramp to door. No push button automated door entry.

You have to use the kiosks to get the prices and use the app to get the deals otherwise, you're paying 10$ and up for one value meal. I don't call that value.

One of the best McDonald's in the local area, so I'm rating this comparatively to other McDonald's. Nonetheless, it is a decent McDonald's. Kind representatives who are also vocal and engaging with non-mobile order customers. Please treat these workers well for they are patient and kind! ?
