I had the baked haddock and my spouse had chicken parmesan. This is the second time we've been here and it was delicious both times.

Outstanding, delicious food in a beautiful setting overlooking a lake. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a fabulous, wonderfully prepared meal.

Usually food is amazing. The service needs help. We've gone several times the last few months, twice we did not have reservations and Had to sit at bar or out in the heat...even though there were 7 empty tables!! Shortly after we had to sit at uncomfortable bar, the next 2 couples came in, were seated at a table without reservations ...what gives? One time we went in. Got seated downstairs at a table.and service was Incredibly good....if there are free tables, 2 hrs b4 closing...you should be seated at a table.. I get the reservation issue. But twice. With 2 hrs left til closing, we couldn't get a table , with 6 to 7 tables available!!, but the very next couple that knew someone that works there could get right to a table. ..not right....we hadn't even gotten a drink yet when they got right to a table...this happened twice...we saw that it wasn't packed so decided to stop again and give it a chance....again at the bar...its uncomfortable in a dress, and husband has back issues.....this is 2 hrs b4 closing....

This place is a local gem. Serving a great mix of Maine favorites and some terrific specials. They have Baxter Stowaway on draught! Your grandma loves it. Your dad loves it. Your kids love it. You will love it. Great family feel. Local ownership. Might see a Cabin Master.

This is such a cute place. A little out of the way but totally worth it. They make a bunch of their desserts by hand and have gluten free cheesecake and other options. The strawberry daiquiri was to die for!
