I've never given a 5 star rating for a chain restaurant, except for tonight. The 5 stars are for Stephanie, our waitress. She was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. We had the half price special- full rack of ribs, fries, and coleslaw for $12.99! Yes, a full rack w those 2 sides. Stephanie made sure our drinks were filled and kept checking on us and her other tables. She's a rare asset and I'd hire her if I was in the business. I noticed the 2 star rating for this location, but maybe they've changed. The restaurant was clean, so was the restroom, there was a constant flow of customers, and the ribs were fall off the bone tender, plus they were half off. Great deal, great service- they earned 5 stars in my book.
This place is so run down I came in on a Friday evening and it was so slow Food was just ok The bathrooms have missing wall tiles and some holes in the walls because the sheet rock has disintegrated like the partitions that are exploding at the bottom
We waited over 30 minutes for seating when we were told 10-20 minutes. We finally got seated and were ready to order. Took over 30 minutes for appetizers. Then even longer for entrees. Had we not ordered appetizers we would not be well. Total dining experience started at 7:15 and ended at 9:15. That was way too long waiting for food. We had to ask for refills etc. so service was amiss and there were not that many people left after we got seated so but not sure what is up with the kitchen. They should have been able to get the good out faster to get diners out but for whatever reason they cannot make it work. Our server did his best but this was not a good dining experience with kids complaining about hunger from waiting for food to come.
Very expensive for the quality of the food you get. Service was not good ; very slow with lots of missed details. Meanwhile new employees were getting trained( they were getting trained wrong i guess because the trainee was more helpful than the trainer).
