Ihop - Reynoldsburg

Amazing location. I’m a regular along with my boyfriend but we prefer to go when Sandee is our server and Derrick is the cook. They are unbeatable together. Sandee’s pleasant demeanor and kindness, mixed with her adorable accent just makes you feel right at home; alongside Derrick’s quick and DELICIOUS cooking... you can’t go wrong. The food is delicous, service is amazing. What more can you ask for?I only posted one picture because I usually take snapchat videos of our meals... lol!

I waited over the expected time for my to-go order. Was not pleased with my service today.

Do not go here on a Sunday after 9p. There was apparently 1 server- who complained/ vocalized his frustration everytime he made contact with you. The manager wearing a purple sweater with the tattoo on the side of his neck was trying to help him but didn 't know the menu. Waited for food for atleast 45 minutes though there were very few ppl in the restaurant just to have the bacon come out white and very undercooked- ordered dulce de leche pancakes and received some kind of dry cinammon roll pancakes. I notified the waiter and he said I know , he said the manager was cooking and I told the him they were the wrong ones but he made them that way anyway .... and then he took the pancakes and Never came back with replacements. We asked for a bottle of hot sauce. 30 minutes later he came back with it. Ordered a milkshake that never came as well. This was the worst service at an Ihop EVER. I will never go here again.

We only saw one waitress that took care of everyone and she did a fantastic job.

Wow this place is slow. Server was nice but kinda creepy/weird. Waited over an hour for food. Was here over an hour and a half. Guess one of the cooks left and the other one just got here. That's what they told me at least. VERY SLOW. VERY VERY VERY SLOW. Multiple peoples orders were messed up when we were here too. My order was also messed up. Kept forgetting everything. Not once did i get a refill or was asked. Heres the kicker of it all.... it was only me and another table in the whole building. JUST 2 TABLES AND EVERYTHING WAS MESSED UP/SLOW. NO JOKE WATCH THE CAMERAS. 9:00PM 1045PM I'll go to a different one next time.
