Pizza Hut - Richmond Hill

Recently I have dinned here with my family, we all have the feeling that the pizza here was very moderate, the prices high and the value poor and the service indifferent and slow. Pizza Huts pizzas used to taste better, I remember back to pizza hat... because it was a sit down pizza restaurant suitable for special family occasions. I guess the times are changing and also quality.

I am a great lover of pizza hat worldwide. I was a bit excited to find out so dirty place, premises needed serious reno!! The food was made ok, but not the best it could be in this chain!!! I loved the great service of...waitress- very polite and good professional. The bill, as always, competitive. So far, I suggest the administration to improve the quality of their place to meet the high standards of the Pizza Hut family I used to see in other places.

Standard size restaurant is located in a small strip mall with ample seating and convenient parking. our spaghetti bolognese was very well prepared. much part with a small zest to it tasting very good. our cut honey garlic wings were beautiful wings without lacking at the honey garlic sauce. our deep pan pizzas were a hit with us. server was very friendly and fast without rushing us. dining room, while clean is definitely old and could use a serious refreshment.

One of the better Pizza Restaurants out there. Large variety of Pizzas on the Menu and good selection at the All You Can Eat Lunch Buffet. Servers are always great and attentive at this location, and the Kids love the Pizza. Best time to to...is when they have the $5/$5/$5 Deal. Best Bang for your Buck.

My friend and I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday night around 8-9 o'clock. The place was new and the price was definitely worth trying the Pizza Hut-style experience. The food arrived quickly and was quite good. However, the customer service from one of the waitresses was not great and I felt that the food was slightly overcooked. We did receive warm and welcoming service from a middle-aged gentleman, but towards the end, the lady who took care of our table seemed a bit impersonal and rushed. Overall, I would still recommend the restaurant as it is worth a try.
