Love the taste, but they put a tablespoon of crushed meat in my bowl. Two bites. That's it. I was shocked! For $12? I know things went up, but really. Never again.

My first time in this place and I have to say that the service was not good. The garbage cans were flowing, the store wreaked by a terrible smell, the 5 employees were unorganized and moved very slowly. I stood on the food counter for about 7 minutes before someone welcomed me to my order. I saw another customer coming back because they did not make their order correctly, the soda machine was out order and they had the cup covers out, but still in the plastic, I did a good deed and filled the cup holders, the customer who was after me, they wrote off before me the employee on the register not ending the transaction, while the customer told her that he did not pay. I saw a party of 4 vacations because they stood in the food store for about 10 minutes that were recognized. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! VERY UNORGANISED!!!! Also the employees should never tell customers that they are short employees!!!! It just seemed like the employees who were there didn't want to work. This situation is near where I live, would I not want it to go out of business, NEED to HIRE more EMPLOYEES how do I apply????

Simply leave this location and they were very busy with the system down only online orders. even with the amount of customers in the store, all employees stopped it and did everything they can to fulfill all order. Thanks to the hard work team that worked tonight.

I love this chipotle. They have a great staff that?s courteous and the lines are always quick and seamless. Very well organized all the time. When I have big meetings, This location always handles my catering orders very well. If you don?t have the time, I highly recommend you place an online order.
