Domino's Pizza - Rochester

Order half a large with 3 toppings and barely got any of them. Was very disappointed when I opened the box and saw this. Couldn't even cut it semi straight either. Waited an hour and this is what I got. Will not be going back to this domino's ever again. Service to carside delivery was good though.

Used to be great but lately service and quality has been terrible. Cold food. Wrong items. Missing times. Garlic twists were smaller than the Parmesan bites. Marinara dip was burnt cheese with hardly any marinara. Poor quality : disappointed as this used to be my favorite delivery option.

Hey John R. down on Broadway absolutely has hands down the best costumer service made me feel at home. Dude has what it takes to run the store him self!!! Tommy that works there also made me a great pizza I hope you have the same experience as I did thank John for the hospitality!! Means a lot from an out of towner!!

It really sure what?s so hard about making an order in a timely manner. Over two hours to hear my food was in the ?quality check phase? only for nothing to ever show up. Seriously, not even a text or notification from the app saying there was a delay or anything? Not going to order from them anytime soon.

The first thing they do when you call them is they put you on hold. What makes you think I have time to be put on hold? I?m disgusted by their Customer service literally disrespecting you and then putting u on hold.messing up your order while you double check.hanging up on you in the middle of an order.telling you there is a deal of which does not exist anymore. unprofessional management. Once you tell the manager how bad of a customer service the have he says ?if u don?t like our food, why aren?t you ordering from somewhere else??I tell him that it isn?t the food but the customer service they have that is disrespectful. people working there have no sense of respect or good service. All I wanted was a pizza with chicken jalapeño?s is that too much to ask ? I?ve deleted dominoes from my contacts. Toppers is the way to go now.
