Kfc - Rockledge

The experience was excellent and the food was delicious. Everything was just perfect, and it was incredibly good!

Despite having to wait and my order being canceled, I still give this KFC a solid 5 stars! My first experience involved a 40-minute wait with DoorDash due to a 30-minute delay, so I reordered a 12-piece original meal around 4 PM and finally received my meal shortly after 6 PM. Let me tell you, this was the best KFC chicken I've ever had! Even during the five years I worked at KFC, I never had chicken this good. Every single item was hot, fresh, and delicious. I've tried KFC in Germany and other countries, but nothing compares to the incredible chicken meal we had tonight. Thank you!

The food was served cold, the biscuits were tough, and the side dishes were only half full.

I wish 1 time we could order from this place with out any issues! Missing food. Straight carbonated drink. Cold chicken. No sauce on Nashville hot chicken. Powder still sitting on top of mashed potatoes....

The chicken was over cooked and damn near broke my teeth! This was not extra crispy but over crispy! I ordered a side of gravy and where I come from the side is NOT this small and for $3? The fries were half filled, is it too hard to fill them since Im paying for it? Did the biscuits shrunk in side too because damn its half the size of before! I will never order from here again and stick to my local one in another town as Ive never had such terrible food or service from KFC until now. The dasher was cool though!
