Neko Sushi Monteverde - Roma

We used to go for lunch here with reservations, as this is a decent sushi and rolls restaurant in our neighborhood, however, this time we just popped in, to see if there was a table for just two of us. One guy told us to wait for 5 minutes and then another asian looking guy a bit later looked at me and shook his head as a no gesture and said nothing. We were just waiting. Later the server who told us to wait was checking with that rude guy. The rude guy looked annoyed, made a face, almost yelled at us and the other server, saying no more fish to serve. He was very unpleasant. Isn’t it simple and easy just to explain why rather being annoyed for nothing? They will have to improve their communications to the customers and even within them. It was a pity.

It was my favorite restaurant since it was Marco Polo then they changed it into Neko Japanese restaurant. The quality of food is very high and prices are regular (20€ for dinner) they have a particular Japanese like room in the basement where you can have a private dinner inside a Pagoda like structure.

Sono tornato dopo due anni e ho notato con piacere che la qualità, il servizio e il locale sono notevolmente migliorati. anche il menu è stato ampliato e c'è più cura nelle strutture. congratulazioni per l'impegno.

Sono venuto diverse volte qui a mangiare all you can eat, ogni volta il menù si restringe di piatti.giusto variare ogni tanto ma le portate sono state ridotte.il locale é bello e recentemente rifatto, il cibo cotto é migliorabile. Il sushi era buono e poi questa brutta abitudine di bottiglie da 75 cl, (non solo neko a dir la verità che ovviamente porta a spendere di più. A questo punto, anche per una scelta ecologica suggerisco di dotarsi di garantire.
