I enjoyed that sandwitches so much that i want to give the possibility to everyone to try it, because that place will be able to exite, to arouse your appetite and it will make your taste bud papillas fly out and take off for a nice trip, so your mouth watering will be paid by a joubilation of tastes. Confortable, but descreet, with a particullary attention till the last detail from the selection of the products to the decor of the place , clean, trim and organized. The guys are pleasant and polite on the service and on the explanation, they will help you in a very nice and delightful way. Excelent place in which you can eat your fill with pleasure you will feel cramned full , where you can decide to start or to finish your night with a big smile on your mouth and a full stomach, that will thank you for the choice. Inside you can find a really extended menu, there are tipically product and tastes from different italian locality, each ingredient is used and mixed with love and wise creativity, in a mastrly way. Nutty and perfume sandwiches also in the whole version , size XXL, naturally leavened 20 h , so funciful but easy to digest, offered on the sweet and salad version. All the stuffing can: 1 be modify, turned on your personal tastes; become vegetarian or vegan removing from the order, before to make the sandwitch, the ingridients that you don’t like. Each creation bore the name of a musical genre. You can find various filling: classics, axperimental, avant garde, sweet and sour, to meet and satisfy every palate, from those who are hard to please, to those who are inspired, everyone will be able to express his fantasy,driven and advised by the suggestiones of Francesco. Sauces, vegetables, roast beef are made everydays by the hands of Francesco. Cold cuts i consider worthy, respectable: Capocollo, Roastbeef, Ciauscolo, lard of Norcia are sliced at the moment in which you make the order. The bread of your sandwitch will finish the baking just before of the dressing, everything is composed gracefully, purpose-made, meticulously, as a sculpture. Who prefere to have a journey between the different tastes , will have the possibility to make: cutting board to try cold cuts ham, speck, roastbeef, lard… and/or savour cheeses stracciatella little pieces of mozzarella inside a cream , scamorza smoked cheese , caprino soft goat cheese , cacio tartufo soft cheese with truffle inside , and so much other more, there is only the embarrass to choose, if you’ re mad for cheeses! , you will decide what to put inside . Delicious beers, from classics to handcraft, will match with your crunchy sandwitches, for a Panic dinner, according to the name of that particullary place ‘cause in Italy, when we want to express that something it’ s really good, nice, special, we used to say it’s something as panic .
